The Kariyushi wear style is the Okinawan island's own local version of the Hawaiian or Aloha style clothing. This shirt humbly attempts to mimic and honor that type of shirt based on a request by a resident of the island of Okinawa.

Features an all-blue background with a tiny crosshatch pattern all over it. On the right sleeve there is a subdued 18 MUNS unit patch logo. All over the pattern are smaller size plumeria flowers in a lighter almost neon blue color. 

Running down the front side, back side and down half of the left sleeve are some bright almost neon tropical Hibiscus flowers and leaves. Hidden throughout this vertical pattern of flowers and leaves down the left side of the front side, back side and the left sleeve are AMMO pisspot silhouettes and Reapers with a Maintenance Badge to represent AMMO and Weapons within the unit.

On the front side on the lower left area (to the wearer) is an Okinawan Shisa dog with its mouth open (with a silhouette of the island of Okinawa behind it). The same is on the back side on the lower right (to the wearer) except that, this Shisa dog has its mouth closed.
