Refund Policy

Returns (if applicable)

All of our items are custom made and print on demand. That means that there is not a stock of the item(s) ordered and they are not eligible for returns.

That being the case, we cannot and do not accept product returns. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only available to customers that receive something other than what they ordered, the wrong size/color or something damaged or defective.

Deciding that you longer like or want the item is ineligible grounds for receiving a refund.

We will ask for proof that you purchased the item (order information) and photo proof of your damaged, defective or incorrect item received.

If this criteria is met and you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not exchange items sold from our store as they are all custom made print on demand.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong item was received. If you receive a damaged,  defective or incorrect item, send us an email at with your order info (name, order number and item description along with photos showing what you received).

If it is deemed you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you will be given the option of having a replacement sent to you free of charge or a refund for the price paid for that item.
